This is a 1958 Harley-Davidson FLH. This is the first year for the Duo-Glide. This is a great barn fresh survivor condition Panhead. Its a 2 owner bike with the previous owner riding and maintaining this bike since 1975. The bike is nearly all original even after 60 years on the road and over 68,000 miles. As you would expect the wheels have been rebuilt, seat recovered, exhaust replaced and the bike rewired. The bike is still 6 volt and has its original M74B Linkert carb. I just installed a new battery, rebuilt the carb, installed NOS coils, set the timing, cleaned and adjusted the clutch, adjusted the chains and rebuilt the entire rear brake. The bike runs and rides good. The belly numbers match and the cases have no cracks or repairs. The bike has good compression and does not smoke.
