For Sale: 2014 Honda CB1100 STD, approximately 72000 miles and counting (the bike could still be ridden before the sale). Clean Title. Located in North Charleston, SC, 29420 zip code
The motorcycle has had several small modifications including but not limited to : Titanium Headers, Delkevic short/round exhaust, Carbon front fender, short rear fender, aftermarket signals and tail light, modified grab rail, de-snorkle on the air intake, front sprocket 1 tooth down, rear sprocket 2 teeth up, and a lithium battery. All original OEM parts with the exception of the original battery and sprockets are with me and will come with the sale, such as the fenders, lights, exhaust, ect.
Oil has almost 4k miles on it, so it's ready to change, Tires have almost 8k miles on them, so they'll be ready to change soon. Chain and Sprockets have about 10k on them. I am not a mechanic, but I can tell you that this bike has seen a great many hard miles. It has been my daily commuter for many years, on top of seeing quite a lot of aggressive riding in Appalachia. It has, however, always been garage kept whenever it was home, and never dropped.
It has the wear and tear you would expect from a motorcycle that has seen this much use. Problems I can reckon with my limited mechanical knowledge are as follows: Small pitting on the front of the gas tank from road debris over the years. front brakes oscillate slightly, I believe the left-hand disc to be a bit warped. Both front and rear brake pads have been regularly changed, but the brake force on both front and rear has slightly decreased over the years. Powder delivery is good but it's almost certainly lost a few ponies over the years compared to low mileage examples. Test rides are available with cash in hand if you want to attempt to diagnose any other issues, but no issues found will result in price negotiation on my part.
